TERMS & CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT
Payment Terms are strictly 50% Deposit payable upon booking. Balance payable immediately upon publication (Within 7 days). Artwork must be submitted in the format specified by Interactive Media Solutions by the Booking Deadline Date. Artwork/Material requirements can be obtained from Interactive Media Solutions. If artwork is not received or signed off by the deadline date, Interactive Media Solutions reserves the right to, and probably will, charge for advertisement space not used and/or to use previously submitted material. The advertiser agrees that Victoria – the state in which the publication is produced is the appropriate jurisdiction for any and all disputes howsoever arising and howsoever relating to this booking agreement or the publication of this magazine/guide. The particulars of the advertisement or entry to be placed in this publication will be provided by the advertiser and they form part of this document. These particulars include all artwork and other detail which is to be provided by the advertisers to the publisher. Education Technology Solutions Magazine has a circulation of between 4,000 and 6,000 copies per issue (maximum variance of +/- 25%) and is distributed to IT Administrators, IT & AV Coordinators, schools and educational purchasing decision makers in the Education Sector in Victoria, New South Wales, ACT, South Australia & Queensland. The digital version of the magazine has a circulation of around an additional 2,000 copies.
