Promethean Wins Two Tech & Learning Best of Show Awards at ISTE 2016 Awards
ASI Solutions, a leading provider of innovative and pioneering business technology solutions, has announced that two Promethean products won ‘Best of Show’ awards at the recent 2016 International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Tech & Learning Conference in Atlanta.
The two winners were ClassFlow™, Promethean’s free software for interactive learning and collaboration; and the ActivPanel™, a tablet-like surface for the front of the classroom.
An anonymous panel of educator judges selected the ‘Best of Show’ products during the Conference, which featured 500 companies sharing their solutions with more than 16,000 educators from around the world
“We’re thrilled that both ClassFlow™ and the ActivPanel™ received ‘Best of Show’ awards, and especially excited that ClassFlow™ won for the third year in a row,” said Promethean’s Chief Marketing Officer, Vincent Young. “We’re truly honoured that the judges recognised Promethean as a leader in both software and hardware. Creating immersive learning environments requires solutions that bring the digital and physical worlds together, wherever students connect to learning. We’ve significantly expanded the capabilities of ClassFlow™ and the ActivPanel™ in the past year, and this accolade reaffirms our strength in both categories.”
ClassFlow™ features interactive lessons, polls, assignments, and more that engage students with learning content. The newest iteration of ClassFlow™ added thousands of free, teacher-approved interactive lessons, free teacher and student accounts, access to ClassFlow Desktop, rewards for exemplary student behaviour, and collaborative lesson-building.
